Save and reuse field mappings

Avoid mapping the same spreadsheet headers each time.

Where to go

Import → field mapping

Step by step

Review Auto-match and correct any mismatched source headers.
Use Save my mapping after checking the field choices.
On a later file, use the saved mapping and review new, missing or duplicate headers.
Repeat the check step after changing fields or mappings, then apply.

Are saved mappings shared with everyone?

They are personal, and Leads and Contacts mappings are separate.
