Add supporting information without rewriting commercial prices.

Document preview → document fields

Step by step

Open document fields for the permitted shipment, PI, PO or supported document.
Fill consignee, references, marks, instructions and other relevant particulars.
Add custom label/value pointers only when needed and keep labels unique.
Save & preview, then verify the correct layout and values. If there is an edit conflict, reload and compare before saving again.

How many custom pointers can a document have?

Up to20 custom label/value pointers per record, with unique labels and the existing permission checks.

Can document particulars change accepted prices?

Supplemental pointers do not override commercial quantity/price/tax calculations.
